Woven in Japan with gold metallic thread, this vintage Fukuro Obi has been reconfigured into a piece your home can actually live with: Draped across a dining table, laid along a sideboard, or hung as a wall panel where the light catches it differently by the hour.

The turtoise shell (Kikkō-tsunagi) motif, featured on the Obis has been a symbol in Japanese culture for centuries. Longevity.

As each Obi is uniquely designed, there won't be another like it.

Care

  • Hang to rest. Steam gently on a low silk setting with a cloth buffer.
