   1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Tōya.
   2. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are added at checkout.
   3. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or third-party payment providers. Tōya does not store payment card information.
   4. Promotional offers, discount codes, and automatic discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one promotion may be applied per order. Tōya reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
      
      
3. Shipping and Delivery
   1. Orders are shipped via our chosen carriers such as Royal Mail, depending on the destination.
   2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
   3. Tōya is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns
   1. Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns Policy shown on each product's page.
   2. Return eligibility, conditions and any exclusions are also on relevant product pages. Items must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided to be considered for a refund or exchange.
   3. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
