At Tōya, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and smoothly.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email from the carrier with the tracking code.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees for each order are calculated at checkout
- We offer free standard delivery on orders over £60 for UK orders and £100 for international orders
Delivery Estimates After Dispatch
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- EU: 5-10 business days*
- United States: 7-14 business days
*For EU we currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Sweden

Important Notes
- While we aim to meet these delivery times, slight delays may occur during peak periods or around holidays such as Easter and Christmas.
- Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking link sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Tōya is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
- For buyers outside the UK: Tōya is not responsible for any costs and duties that occur related to import.
