Woven in Japan with gold metallic thread, this silk Obi has been up-cycled into a piece for your home - draped across a dining table, laid along a sideboard, or hung as a wall panel where the light catches it differently by the hour.
The mandarin ducks, iris and chrysanthemum, featured on the Obi has been a symbol in Japanese culture for centuries. Conjugal love, strength and longevity, respectively.
As each Obi is uniquely designed, there won't be another like it.
